A clean, bitter, and typical IPA. Can't find any real flaws but seems boring in some regards as well.

Petrus Oud Bruin
Good sour notes, but not very fruity ( perhaps slights hints of cherry). Has a slight bitter character as well.
Good but not great in my mind
Rodenbach Grand Cru
Quite tart! Prominent cherry, but no fruit added? Not particularly sweet, almost seems dry.
I'll recommend if a dry sour is desired but seems to lack the sweetness I like in a Flanders red.
Cuvee Chateau Kasteel
Good aged quality, dates and raisins with moderate esters. Ballance is a bit towards sweet.
Would recommend it when looking for a classic Belgium dark ale.

Yogurt Recipe
Trying yogurt for the first time, aka fermented milk? Kinda...
3.2 oz instant skim milk packet
50 oz 1% milk (nothing special)
3.8 oz desert bloom honey
Nutmeg - only a tiny grating (1/20th a nut?)
Heat above ingredients slowly to 135 F. Cool slowly to 120F.
Add 1 tbs vanilla and 5.3 oz CHOBANI plain yogurt (at room temp).
Ferment at 110F for 6 hours.
